Returns

At Makaila James, we strive to ensure that you have a wonderful shopping experience with us!

If something doesn't work out, returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 14 days after the ship date. Any return/exchange must be received back within 14 days of ship date, and must arrive in unworn, unused, and unwashed condition (tags attached, and shoe boxes in original condition, where applicable). Order cancellations are not permitted. Please contact us at info@makailajames if you would like to process a return so we can provide you with the correct return shipping address. 

Refunds will be issued to original form of payment or issued to a store credit. Orders processed through Sezzle payment option will be subject to a return processing fee. Shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend use of an insured carrier, as Makaila James is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt for us to process your return.

All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped. If you think you've received a defective item, contact us at info@makailajames.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.

FINAL SALE items include undergarments, swimwear, accessories/jewelry, pop-up shop purchases, preorders, and SALE category items.  FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased during a promotion or with a discount code are eligible for an item exchange or store credit only.
